The CWF is not the typical efed, but a fed designated solely to the inner workings of the wrestling business. Instead of roleplaying as a single or tag team wrestler you are roleplaying as the owner of the company. It's an innovative idea when it comes to the world of efeds and I would truly like to see this idea succeed, so check out the site at:

And here is the guidelines for the fed if you want to have a quick overview before going to the site:

Quote:
Here are the rules for the entire concept Federation:

1. Do not use another company, or another company's wrestlers without their permission. If you want to do an inter-promotional feud then work it out through PM's or an instant messaging service.

2. Once we get the three members or four including me. We will hold a draft in which we select between 25 and 30 wrestlers in the current wrestling scene to represent the roster. After the draft you must determine the finances of your company(and keep somewhat good roecords), contracts, etc.

3. Basically what is to be done is a weekly show, where everyone puts out a show each week with a certain number of matches, angles, feuds, etc. Each promotion can either put out a solo PPV, if they have enough money to, or can combine their resources and put out a joint PPV between two or more companies. (Usually the first few months will be joint PPVs.)

4. I will try and designate one or more people in being impartial judges in order to give out "ratings," which will be similar to the way the WWE and other wrestling ratings are compiled. These ratings will be for the weekly show, as the PPV ratings will be based off of a 1 - 5 scale, in which 1 is the worst and 5 is the absolute best.

5. Each company will start out with $1,000,000. This will be used to purchase a television slot, in which the cost of that slot will increase or decrease depending on the day of the week you choose. (Ex. Monday and Thursday will cost more, as these are the more traditional days for wrestling.) Also, this money will be used to purchase PPV's, special appearances from celebrities, or signing free agents. The way you get more money is by putting out the best show for that specific week, as the first place will get the most money, second place will get the next amount, and if four or more promotions sign up the third place will get the least amount.

6. Each superstar on your roster will also have a contract, which will have to be renegotiated every so often. This is another added expense for your roster, especially if you have more main event level players. Contracts can lapse, and as soon as a contract is up with one company, another company could purchase them. So keep a close eye on all of the members of your roster.

--Main Event level talent: The contract can be as little as a year or as much as five years.

--Upper-mid Card talent: The contracts can be as little as 6 months to a year and a half.

--Low-to-mid-card talent: The contracts can be as little as 2 months to a year.

--Jobbers/Enhancement talent: Can be based off per show basis, but let's remember these talents can be snatched up if on a per show basis.

--Created Wrestlers: You may use up to three wrestlers that do not exist in the real world. These talents are brand exclusive and will not show up on another show.

5. Most important rule is to have fun, as this is meant for fun and at any time someone is not having fun let me know and I will help you in making it fun once again.
