The WRF got its start in 2004. After a couple of rocky years, we re-started full time in 2006, and we have been going strong ever since. We are a realistic, old school E Fed with the belief that QUALITY matters more than quantity. Simply put, you don't have to have a RP with 10,000 words to have a "GOOD" role play.
If you like a stable, old school Fed that gives EVERYONE (regardless of their position in the Fed) a fair shot of being a main event player, then you'll LOVE the WRF.
