I created PCW because every e-fed I've joined has been bogged down with the same problems. The only people getting ahead are the guys running the site or the friends of the guys running the site. People will show up just to post match role plays without ever interacting with other characters. PCW is doing away with that.
At our fed, the top spots are earned by the best, most creative role players on the roster. We are also storyline heavy, requiring our members to interact with each other to get ahead.
Our Admin team is fair. We refuse to play favorites, and our only characters are the PCW staff, so you don't have to worry about Admin run characters holding the belts and keeping others down.
